Red molded hard plastic, painted details in gold and silver. Metal key connected to inner workings. Wind him up, and he walks forward with a swaying motion and alternately swings his ray guns. 

Runs perfectly. Excellent condition all over. Chip on base of helmet on rear side. Glare spots from flash. No cracks.
